Join us for…

The Way of the Clown:
a retreat from the ordinary

A celebration of self

A pause from perfectionism

A chance to create

A reconnection with wonder

Start the New Year off with something different. Give your brain a break, your body a gift and your spirit a boost.

Learn how to celebrate all the idiosyncrasies that truly make you the gift that you are.  Embrace your uniqueness — all your qualities, quirks and imperfections — your authentic self.

Join us on 70 acres of farmland in Goshen, New York.

In The Way of the Clown we will:

  • Find truer connections with others, ourselves and the world.

  • Find more love for ourselves.

  • Find fearlessness.

  • Create a stronger presence in the world.

Deep down there is a clown inside each of us waiting to come out and play…

In this retreat we will develop more confidence and find the playful side of ourselves, through fun, empowering exercises from the world of theatrical clown, improvisation and movement. We will let go of perfectionism and find joy in failure. In a nurturing and supportive environment we will discover the unique qualities that make us who we truly are. Through the celebration of authenticity we will get more comfortable in our own skin. How wonderful a world it would be if we could actually delight in the messiness of life.

This four day experience will challenge you to be fully present in every moment.

Let go and embrace the child within: the curious, playful, joyful self.

You will leave with new ways to connect with yourself and others.

You will go home refreshed and inspired, seeing the world through a brand new lens.

Come and play!
