The Spirit of Your Breath
with Marguerite Nesteruk
Friday, September 11th
7-8:15pm
Join certified Breathwork Guide and founder of Resonating Earth, Marguerite Nesteruk, for an evening of a guided two-part Pranayama Breathwork Journey designed to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect you with your inner landscape.
Throughout the evening, Marguerite will gently guide participants through grounding practices before leading a breathwork journey accompanied by music, followed by integration with light sound healing. The breath becomes the path inviting greater presence, emotional release, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Whether you're navigating stress, seeking emotional release, looking to deepen your self-awareness, or simply craving a moment to pause, this practice meets you exactly where you are.
Participants often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally clear, deeply relaxed, inspired, and connected to a renewed sense of inner peace.
This workshop is open to anyone curious about exploring the transformative power of their breath.

Marguerite Nesteruk
Marguerite Nesteruk is a Certified Breathwork Guide trained in David Elliott's method, a Certified Herbalist, and Herbal Tea Ceremonialist. For more than seven years, she has cultivated a dedicated breathwork practice rooted in the belief that the breath is one of our greatest teachers. It is a living life force that reminds us of our connection to ourselves, the Earth, and something greater than ourselves.
Before founding Resonating Earth, Marguerite worked as an organic farmer, gardener, naturalist, and school garden educator. These experiences continue to shape her belief that healing begins by remembering our relationship with the living world. Every inhale is made possible through our exchange with the trees and oceans, reminding us that we are not separate from nature.
Marguerite creates grounded, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, quiet the mind, breathe deeply, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with the innate wisdom already within them.
Originally from Long Island, New York, she now resides in California and is grateful to return home to share this work with the New York community.
