The Heart’s Medicine:
A Gratitude Breathwork

with Chloe Joanna
Friday, November 28th
7-8:30pm

Do you want to deepen your sense of appreciation and joy in daily life?

Are you looking for a way to release tension and open your heart to the abundance around you?

Gratitude is the food of life — when we practice it, the here and now feels enough, and our hearts are replenished. This class is for anyone seeking to nurture appreciation, shift perspective, and invite more joy into their daily life.

No prior experience with Breathwork is necessary, just bring an open heart and willingness to breathe deeply. In this class, participants will be guided through a transformative two-stage Breathwork practice designed to cultivate gratitude, release limiting thoughts, and reconnect with the present moment. The session will start with intention-setting, guided Breathwork to music, followed by integration time, sharing and questions—creating a supportive space for emotional clarity and heart-centered renewal.

The takeaway?
A renewed sense of gratitude, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to oneself and life’s blessings.
