If you’ve been wanting to expand your creative energy/ hone in on your creative gifts in a deeper way, and/or enhance and unlock more joy, sensuality and pleasure within yourself or in your life, join us at the Chakra Social Expanding Pleasure and Creativity- Sacral Chakra Edition for an afternoon of 1:1 Energy Readings, Sacral Chakra opening and balancing Yoga, Reiki, activities, bites, & drinks!


The 1st hour and a half of the event will be the social hour. Tru will be facilitating 1:1 Energy Readings for those who attend and there will be a Sacral Chakra centered creative activity going during that time. Light bites and drinks that facilitates opening and expanding the Sacral Chakra will also be served during that time.


For the last hour of the event, we will have a Sacral Chakra centered opening and balancing Yoga flow session, led by Yoga Instructor Breania Smith!

Breania Smith is a 200-hour CorePower certified yoga instructor and marketing maven within the music and entertainment industry. What began as a way to disconnect and recharge has evolved into a mission to change the narrative around mental health, helping others acknowledge the power and strength that comes from flowing through the hard stuff.
