This is a Solar Plexus Opening and Expanding Social Event for those who want to expand their personal power and or balance/strengthen and clear their Solar Plexus !
The 1st half of the event will be the “Social Hour” where a Solar Plexus balancing curated playlist will be going in the background, light bites and herbal tea blends that facilitates expanding the energy of the solar plexus, will be served and 10 minute Personal Energy Readings will be provided by Spiritual Wellness Specialist, Tru Violet for those who are interested on a 1st come 1st served basis.
The 2nd half of the event will be a Reiki infused, Solar Plexus opening and balancing guided Yoga Practice facilitated by Yoga Instructor, Breania Smith and Reiki Practitioner, Tru Violet.
