Are you curious to feel more in tune with your inner world and more connected to self?
The ‘Soften into Self’ workshop is a gentle guided somatic practice of awareness and orientation designed to bring you closer to the landscape of your inner world. Through the world of sensation, emotion, and memory we will use breath, body scanning, and gentle movement to softly explore what it feels like to meet the body where it’s at.
This offering is ideal for those seeking:
A deeper relationship with their body
