Relating to Grief

with Luis Mojica and Lindsay Christinee
Friday, January 5th
7-9pm
Maha Rose Brooklyn

An Evening of Mythology, Somatics & Community.

Join Lindsay & Luis for this special workshop that weaves mystical wisdom and somatic intelligence into a special evening exploring how we navigate, move through, and heal from grief.

Lindsay will speak about her journey of writing her book, Myths Of The Underworld, as a way to touch into the grief of her father and how her ancestral bloodlines, and other indigenous peoples from all around the world, used myth and ritual to move the big experience that is grief.

Luis will speak on the somatics of grief, how it is held in the body, and guide the group through a practice for connecting with grief so it can transform and liberate itself into something new.

The workshop will close with a Q&A. Come to this workshop in comfortable clothing that helps your body feel grounded.

Fun fact: Lindsay & Luis met in an underground NYC hostel in 2008 and have been chosen siblings ever since. The two are thrilled to share their love for each other, healing, and community with you.
