THE JOURNEY OF LIGHT AND HEALING.
In this class, students will go deeper into their study of Reiki with the introduction of the Reiki symbols and mantras. You will learn how to do long-distance healing, absentee healing, and healing beyond time: working with the past, present and future.
Reiki Level 2 is also particularly effective in working with those wishing to break free of habitual patterns and addictive behaviors. You will receive the Reiki 2 attunement that will be sealed in you for life.
There will be time spent practicing different techniques utilizing the Reiki symbols and mantras.
Reiki 1 is a pre-requisite

Erika is a Reiki practitioner and teacher, grateful to be working with Reiki for over thirteen years. She holds space with kindness and love for her clients and students, allowing their own energy to lead as they access deep presence, inner wisdom, and greater ease and grace.
She treasures the simplicity inherent in the practice of Reiki and is continuously grateful to witness how the teachings embodied in Reiki radiate into other aspects of life.
In sessions, she works with people on all kinds of energetic maintenance and healing journeys, including physical imbalances, stress & anxiety, life transitions, heartache, overwhelm, creative problem solving and processing past trauma. She works with healers and care-givers to support them to fill their own cups. Erika also works with clients on reproductive health, fertility, and through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She is the mother of a 7 year old and is honored to accompany others on their journeys.
Erika has studied with teachers Deborah Hanekamp, Lisa Levine and Jean Bromage and incorporates all 3 lineages.
In addition to her energy work practice, Erika is also a musician who spent years writing, recording and touring with her bands Au Revoir Simone, NAF and as a solo artist. She has created soundscapes for live healing, hypnotherapy and performance art experiences.
Connecting with fellow energy practitioners is a great joy and she's so thrilled to welcome all participants to class.
