portal to peace: A nidra journey

with Tasha Anderson
Sunday, November 29th
6:30 - 8:30pm

Step through the portal into conscious rest, and meet the support that has been waiting for you. Portal to Peace blends yoga Nidra, a guided practice often called “yogic sleep,” with a mediumship-led journey toward your spirit guides.

How the workshop unfolds
You’ll lie comfortably on your back while you’re guided through the body, the breath, and gentle imagery. As your body softens and your mind quiets, you’ll set a sankalpa, a heartfelt intention, and open to the presence of your guides. Throughout the practice, Tasha will work with the energy in the room, inviting guides to support each participant in the way that serves them best. The body scan places your conscious attention on each body part allowing deep release and healing to take place. You may receive impressions, images, feelings, or simply a sense of peace. Sound and distance reiki will also be gently incorporated.

You may leave feeling:

  • Deeply relaxed and renewed

  • More attuned to your intuition

  • Strengthened in your connection with your guides

  • Peaceful, clear, and empowered

No experience or movement is required. Bring anything that will help you feel comfortable or a special object (a pillow, eye cover, a momento)

Particpants are welcome to bring a journal. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.

Tasha is a Reiki Master, Medium, Intuitive Guide and Artist.

Tasha’s offerings are rooted in her lifelong connection to spirit. Her mother began teaching her about subtle energy and Reiki at the age of five. Following her mother's passing when she fourteen, Tasha found comfort and continued connection through spirit.

After navigating significant transitions, including near-death experiences, a decade of studying the healing arts and the passing of her father, Tasha embraced her path as a healer.

She has been practicing yoga nidra since 2018 and is grateful to share this practice in community.
