Energy Healing
Or Reitman is a Dancer, Pilates instructor and Reiki master that incorporates Pilates, body work, and Reiki in an effort to train the body and mind to find balance while preventing discomfort, injury and disease. Or’s classes and sessions are thoroughly tailored to aid each client in comprehending the root cause of their symptoms by providing manual biofeedback, meditative mindful approach to movement practices, body work and energy work.
Or Reitman has been interested in dancing from a young age, and has spent most of his life learning through movement. Before moving to the US, Or had the privilege to study and train under the Direction of Naomi Perlov. After graduating from the Alvin Ailey school for Dance in 2013, he began evolving his movement practices, knowledge and skill into teaching movement modalities. During his first years at the Alvin Ailey school, Or began teaching the Verticality method, which he was trained under Shimrit Kovalio for 2 years in Israel. In 2014, he completed a 600 hours comprehensive Pilates Apparatus and Mat training, under Lawson Harris at ‘The Lab’. In 2015 Or was trained in Reiki 1 under the mentorship of Lisa Levine at Maha Rose. He was then being mentored closely through a Reiki Shamen, Victoria Tiley, which attuned and mentored him through Reiki 2, 3 and Master teacher from 2016 through 2022.
In 2017, Or had the honor of co-working with Rolfer Mackenzie Chambers, which conducted the 10 Rolfing series and mentored him through various methods and techniques of body work; i.e. tissue manipulation and myofascial release, which he then practiced with his own clients successfully.
In 2019, Or completed a Neurological conditioning continuing education course, that has allowed him to elaborate his offerings and enhance the physical development and growth of his private clients.
