The challenges might even have been the blessings.

We will reflect and we will dream forward.

We will use meditation, intention, and active breathwork to pass through this portal together.

This active breathwork helps us to clean out our emotional bodies and to get out of the laundry list part of our brain and more in touch with deeper parts of our being.

The workshop will consist of meditation, some sharing, the active breathwork meditation and some time to reflect and integrate.
