MUNZ FLOOR® is an award-Winning neuromuscular technique developed by Alexadere Munz, former Principal ballet dancer, in collaboration with scientists.

MUNZ FLOOR® is a spine workout where students lay on the floor and are led through advanced systems of dynamic spine rotations done in a slow and segmented manner. The practice has tremendous immediate impacts: more freedom in the joints, more muscle sponginess, movements are anti-inflammatory, endorphin release that soothes pain and stress. It consists of. A back and forth of circular expansion and contraction, strengthening the deepest muscle layers, while releasing overworked dominant muscle groups.

The MUNZ FLOOR® concept is simple: lying on the ground, you perform spherical movements which massage you from the inside and release the extraordinary power of the fascia. Within this fascia massage, the connective tissues have the power to self produce collagen, elastin, and proteoglycans, a complex protein with high water retention capacity, one class suffices to feel this amazing intramuscular hydration.
