Mother-Daughter Wintering Workshop

with Lily Kafka and Aviva Kafka
Saturday, February 14th
2-5pm

Are you the mother of a sensitive, big-hearted, teen girl (14-16) who's feeling a lot this winter?
Are you also feeling a lot?

Maybe it’s tension between the two of you about that thing you haven’t talked through yet, maybe the cold dark northeast and school/work stress is wearing you both down, maybe you sense that you need to reconnect with your girl and these years feel precious and yet are moving so quickly, and maybe you’re both needing a reminder of your aliveness? Come relish in this mother-daughter led Wintering Workshop wherein we’ll gather in circle together - all of us brave mothers and daughters - to rediscover the medicine of winter, the medicine of being in community, and the medicine of nurturing our most important connections.

We’ll circle up with tea, snacks, and stories, all while diving into the relational tools that will strengthen your mother-daughter bond.
