Active Breathwork offers the opportunity to travel out of our busy minds and into the realm and wisdom of our bodies. Who are you at the energetic level? What are the qualities of your unique energetic self? What messages lie within unheard? In this group you will be invited to meet yourself somatically and energetically, to integrate what you discover within so it can continue to evolve with you.


Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to release somatic holding, to experience emotion that might not be available at the surface and to access intuition and insight. This is your practice and I encourage everyone to breathe at a pace that feels right for you, we all come to this practice with different life experiences and you are the best expert about what's right for you.
