LISTEN & TUNE: A REIKI-INFUSED SOUND BATH

with Marika Koguchi & Tasha Anderson
Sunday, September 6th
6:30-8:30pm

Tasha Anderson and Marika Koguchi (dear friends of two decades) present an immersive meditative reiki and sound experience. We will explore and activate the body's inner ability to heal through the power of Reiki(universal life energy) and sound.

Tasha will start with a gentle guided vocal toning exercise to release inner tensions through the power of your own voice. She will then apply reiki energy to each guest throughout the sound session....

Marika will begin her sound journey with a guided meditation. She uses crystal quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, tuning forks, chimes, rattles and various mystical instruments to reach a theta brainwave state, restoring and regulating your nervous system.
