homecoming: somatic embodiment

with Mollie Farrell Snowden
Thursday, January 22nd
6:30 - 8pm

Disconnect from distractions and reconnect with your body + spirit.

Come home to yourself!

This 90 minute experience will resource you to:

  • Release stagnant emotion & energy from the body

  • Chill out! Feel safer, calmer, and more at ease in your body

  • Deepen internal awareness and mind-body connection

  • Discover and respond to your body's unique messages

  • Enhance intuition and increase self-trust

What to Expect:

This movement-based class offers an opportunity to listen to your body’s wisdom.

No two classes are the exactly same, but you can expect a mix of: active somatic exercises to release pent-up feelings + regulate the nervous system, grounding practices, a guided embodiment meditation, and a bit of energy work

All to (re)connect with yourself and explore the felt sense.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal & pen.

A note for sensitive nervous systems: this class can be mildly activating for some, reach out with any questions.
