The Spirit of the Rose embodies love, protection, self-love, compassion, courage, and the essence of Divine Mother. Rose medicine gently and deeply supports our heart and spirit. Sweet and bitter fresh herbs assist in cleansing bitterness from our spirit, and bring in pure sweetness.


The Herbal Rose Blessing will assist in sweeting our hearts, protecting our paths, and invite courage to let go. Guests will each receive a blessing. We will share and process in community, offer intentions and prayers.


This Blessing is rooted in Curanderismo practices. This is a "Limpia" or Spirtual Cleanising utilizing fresh Roses and Herbs that sweep, brush, and tap over you. Offered with integrity, Love, and lots of respect to the sacred wisdom keepers. Stephanie Citlalli continues her studies in Curanderismo, Maya womb care, and the Mayan Cosmovison, she is honored to share with her communities.


Breath is the conduit of life and consciousness. Many cultures utilized breath as a way to heal and to connect with the deeper understanding Self. Breathwork is a somatic modality that can help us access and process feelings, memories, energies that are stored in our bodies while also achieving spiritual expansion. In this session, during the Herbal Rose blessing, we will work through gentle conscious diaphragmatic breathing techniques to move energies.
