exploring the shadow through play

with Lisa Levine
Thursday April 30th
6:30-8:30pm

What if the parts of you that feel awkward or uncomfortable or “too much” are actually doorways to more freedom, creativity, and aliveness?

In this playful yet gently held space, we will explore the shadow together —not through heavy processing, but through curiosity, movement, creativity, and connection. Using elements of clowning, improvisation, and embodied play, we invite the unseen parts of ourselves to come forward in a way that feels safe, supported, and perhaps even… fun.

Play softens the edges.

It allows us to meet all of our parts without judgment, to laugh at what once felt heavy, and to reclaim energy we’ve pushed away. Together, we’ll create a space where all parts are welcome—messy, tender, wild, and wise.

Come as you are.

No performance experience needed.

Just a willingness to explore, feel, and maybe surprise yourself.
