Helen Denham
Helen Denham is a confidence mentor for creatives, visionaries, and leaders dedicated to personal transformation and authentic self-expression. She’s the founder of The Lifted Method™️ (a 7-part framework for experiencing your next breakthrough) and keeper of The Lifted Club (an online sanctuary for women to build their confidence with workshops, EFT classes, hypnotherapy, and community).
Helen’s compassionate and empowering approach has supported hundreds of women in achieving profound healing, greater self-awareness, and an elevated quality of life. She holds certifications as a Behavior Change Specialist, CBT Practitioner, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Facilitator, Reiki II Healer, and Organizational Mindfulness Instructor, equipping her with a rich toolkit to guide clients through life’s journey of self-mastery.
In addition to her healing work, Helen is the host of The Lifted Podcast (where she has interviewed over 100 thought leaders) she has a strong background as a performing singer-songwriter (having collaborated with Rolling Stone Magazine, for example), and she’s served as Chair of the UN Women’s Young Professionals Committee in NYC.
