daniel keene
Daniel Keene’s work exists at the intersection of clinical massage, deep relaxation, and nervous system regulation. With a responsive and sensitive touch, he prioritizes slowing down—holding and supporting you to calm your nervous system and unwind chronic, deep-seated tension. His work is rooted in the belief that the body holds its own unique map toward healing; he simply acts as a guide to support you on your journey.
Rooted in a collaborative partnership, each session is tailored to bolster your sense of resilience and self-embodiment. Daniel offers an intentional blend of hands-on modalities—integrating myofascial, Swedish, Thai, and Shiatsu techniques through a contemporary pain science lens. His work is particularly transformative for those navigating chronic pain and tension, nervous system dysregulation, autoimmune support, or the desire to reconnect with their body.
Drawing from 17 years as a professional ballet dancer, Daniel brings firsthand insight into working with the human body, pain, and movement. As a graduate of the Pacific College of Health and Science, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, he is honored to help people feel at home in their body and to move with more comfort, confidence, curiosity, and joy.
