Aimee Norton-Taylor
Aimee Norton-Taylor is a radiant soul with a passion for guiding others on an inner journey to peace & stillness. A Yoga & Meditation Instructor & the creator behind CBT Cranial Bliss Therapy & The Radiant Dakini. Her heart guided her in 2016 to Hridaya Yoga Mexico, to a very small surf village on the coast of Oaxaca. There, she fell in love with the & art of hatha yoga and meditation and discovered a path that has nourished her mind, body and soul. Now fully living a life that celebrates periods in silence, solitude & living with a spiritual sangha. This simple yet profound question Who Am I? has been guiding her journey. Igniting a deep devotion to personal growth, inner transformation, and a desire to support others in opening their hearts and welcome peace back into their lives. To share and guide others towards this question is a gift she’s grateful to offer. Weaving & integrating somatic body work therapy, spirituality and the wisdom of yoga she now offers the modality of Cranial Bliss Therapy. She is currently teaching at Hridaya Yoga in Mexico, facilitating Hatha Yoga courses, silent meditation retreats, and other beautiful workshops. Throughout the year she continues to offer Cranial Bliss Therapy (CBT) in both private one-on-one sessions and in small intimate group retreats. These intimate containers are for those who feel called to explore the art of touch, trust, and the simplicity of presence.
