Clean Slate:
A Guided Energy Cleanse for Inner Clarity

with Mina Bahadori
Thursday, September 18th
6:30-8pm

Feeling mentally foggy, energetically heavy, or disconnected from your inner voice? Clean Slate is a restorative meditation workshop designed to help you release the noise, clear your inner space, and return to a grounded sense of self.

In this session, Mina will guide you through a gentle yet powerful psychic healing meditation, using accessible tools to help clear mental clutter and energetic residue that builds up from daily life. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced with intuitive practices, this experience is designed to meet you where you are — no pressure, no prerequisites.

Mina will also be channeling Reiki energy to support and amplify your process. This subtle, intelligent energy works to help you purge what’s no longer serving you, balance your system, and reconnect with the wise, grounded part of yourself that’s always been there — even if it’s been muted for a while.

You’ll learn simple techniques to:

  • Cleanse your mental and energetic field

  • Create inner stillness and spaciousness

  • Reconnect with your intuitive guidance

  • Realign with your core self — the part of you that’s always calm, wise, and clear

By the end of the workshop, you'll feel lighter, clearer, and more in tune with your inner landscape. Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and connection.
