Breathwork FOR SELF-WORTH
with Moun D'Simone
Friday, July 18th
7-8:30pm
Breathwork for Self-Worth
Not your typical breathwork class
And not here to fix you. Here to meet you.
If you’re tired of performing, and pretending…
If you’re tired of feeling like no matter how much you do, it’s still not enough,
If you’ve been chasing, hustling, healing, trying to arrive… This is where you stop.
This is where you breathe.
This workshop is not a technique, but a way back to yourself.
We move through different breath practices, voice, sound, and stillness.
And from that place, something softens. Something strengthens. This isn’t about control. It’s about connection.
We shake things loose. We meet what’s been silenced.
We remember.
Expect to breathe, yes. But also to feel.
To sound.
To let the edges come up.
To come home, gently, fiercely, honestly.
What to Expect:
A safe, nurturing and inspiring space
Breath practices to drop you into the body, to release, and reconnect
Vocal release to move what words can’t
Guided visualization to access your inner landscape and reconnect to your worthy nature
Somatic inquiry and movement to ground your experience in the body in each moment
No performance. Just presence. Just you.
Come to be seen. Come to see yourself clearly, without the roles, the masks, the old stories.
Leave with more of you alive. More breath, more truth, more enough-ness.
