Breathwork and Creative Expression

with Melodee Solomon
Saturday, December 6th
6-8pm

Are you moving through some major life transitions? Endings and/or expansions?
Do you experience big feelings and want to turn them into creative fuel?

This two-hour workshop will focus on the relationship between the creative process, breath, and their connection to sacred energies that can help us heal our hearts (and more).

During the first half we'll be sprinkling in some creative expression. Bring a song to play/sing/dance to, something you wrote, something to read, a story to tell, a comedy act, anything you sculpted, painted, made with your hands, etc. It's all a creative process, so it doesn't have to be "perfect" or "finished." You'll get some yummy Universal Energy flowing through your projects & healing process.

It's not mandatory to share, but highly suggested, especially if you are feeling extra stuck, are dealing with pain, or just want to be seen and heard in your creative genius. To be respectful of time, please keep your shares around 2-3 mins. It will be lots of fun!

For the second half of the workshop, Melodee will guide the group through approximately 25-30 mins. of active breathwork, followed by rest/relaxation time.

All levels of experience are welcome.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Maha Rose or Melodee.
