Breathwork for Autumn

with Cassie Ray
Tuesday, September 23rd
6:30-8:30pm

As the air turns crisp and the harvest comes in, we’re invited to gather what is still helping us grow and compost the rest. Just as the trees shed their leaves to enrich the soil, we too can return what has finished its cycle and hold close what sustains us — honoring what was to make space for what could be.

In this two-hour session, the breath becomes a bridge — connecting participants back to their own healing. Guided by seasoned Breathwork facilitator and Katonah Yoga™ teacher Cassie Ray, attendees will be led through an extended Breathwork journey with time for connection, intention setting, and spacious integration at the end (with chocolate always).

This workshop is for anyone feeling the pull to align with the rhythm of the season — to gather what will carry them forward, to release what’s ready to return to the earth, and to reconnect with body, energy, and vision. Breathwork is the bridge back to your home, your body, and your spirit. With only 20 participants, this intimate experience at Maha Rose offers a rare opportunity to work with Cassie in an intimate setting and to journey deep.
