Join us in an evening of an active Breath Meditation that removes stuck energy and blocked emotions! Come clear, and heal your body, honor the body’s innate capacity for pleasure and ecstasy that is truly aligned with your wants and desires. Come celebrate Pride and Queerness and release the negative energy of external and internalized homophobia and anti queer grossness that affects us and causes stress and harm in our bodies.


We will set intentions for our own Sexual Empowerment and harness Sexual Energy and Magic to move towards our Highest Visions for any and all corners of our lives, perhaps with a particular focus on freeing our sexuality and or intimate relationships. You will be taught a particular breath technique that facilitates a trance state, a special crafted playlist of fun, sexy music and prompts from your fabulous Breath Facilitator will guide you. After the active Breath Meditation you will relax with the music, special essential oils, guidance and Reiki to rest and integrate.


Breathwork is a three art active Breath Meditation that has its roots in rebirthing and holiotropic breathwork. Just the act of breathing this way for a period of time is great for the physical body, moving oxygen through the organs. It is particularly good for getting us out of our thinking minds and into our bodies and deeper wisdom and intuition. In this practice we call on our guides, teachers, and good ancestors who have our best interest in mind to hold the space with us.
