A Somatic Reset

with Denise R-Stone
Tuesday, August 19th
6:30-7:30pm

Are you constantly in go-mode, struggling to slow down, sleep, or truly connect?

Do you find that stillness feels like discomfort instead of relief?

This biodynamic breathwork workshop is designed for high-achievers, sensitive souls, and anyone carrying unprocessed stress or trauma in their body. Through guided breath, intentional movement, and somatic release, participants will begin to regulate their nervous systems, soften patterns of tension, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, embodied way.

Facilitated in a safe, trauma-informed space, this experience supports the release of stored emotional energy and the cultivation of inner safety. You’ll leave feeling clearer, more resourced, and deeply rooted in your body.

This workshop is ideal for those who:

  • Struggle to unwind or rest

  • Feel disconnected, anxious, or emotionally blocked

  • Are navigating burnout or ongoing stress
