Breath & Possibility:
A Gentle Breathwork Journey for Presence, Creativity & Change

Do you ever feel that parts of your life, creativity, or inner experience have become shaped by habit, familiarity, overthinking, or unconscious patterns? Have you sensed there may be new ways of relating to yourself that feel more open, intentional, and alive?

Held in the lead up to the Summer Solstice - a seasonal threshold associated with light, expansion, and emergence - this workshop invites participants into an experiential exploration of what becomes possible when we begin relating to ourselves in new ways.

Through a gentle body-based awareness practice rooted in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM), participants will explore how intentions, a subtle breath, and self-awareness can begin to shift long-held inner patterns and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

This is not a forceful style of breathwork, and there is no pressure to have a particular experience. The emphasis is on awareness, process, and working with the intelligence of the body.

For the curious, the sensitive, the creatively minded, the seekers, and anyone interested in exploring new ways of relating to themselves through breath, body awareness, and presence. No prior experience needed.
