Breath as a Bridge
with Cassie Ray
Tuesday, October 14th
11/4 & 12/9
6:30-8:30pm
So many of us move through our days disconnected from our physical bodies — missing the subtle shifts of energy as we face stress and challenge. Breathwork offers an opportunity to return home: to feel what’s been held, notice where it lives in the body, and invite it to shift into personal understanding and power.
In this session, the breath becomes a bridge — reconnecting participants to their own healing. It reminds us that every experience leaves an imprint, and those imprints can be acknowledged, felt, and reorganized in service of the vision we hold for our lives.
Cassie Ray, a seasoned Breathwork facilitator and Katonah Yoga™ teacher, weaves this journey with metaphor and mapping. She guides participants to explore what they are carrying and where, so they can soften, release, and create space for a renewed sense of connection — to body, heart, and path forward.
