A Healthy Dose of Delusion

with Amina AlTai
Tuesday, February 20th
7-8:30pm
Maha Rose Brooklyn

If you've ever felt the weight of self-doubt and fear holding you back from taking bold steps towards your wildest dreams, you are not alone!

According to The National Science Foundation, ninety-five percent of our thoughts are on repeat, and up to eighty percent of those beliefs are negative and they hold us back from living our boldest and brightest lives.

Let's get a little delusional together.

And before you roll your eyes, let me say more. Delusional comes from a Latin word meaning "deceiving." So delusional thinking is kind of like deceiving yourself by believing outrageous things. Most of us deceive ourselves all the time by believing false judgments about ourselves. In coaching we call them limiting beliefs, upper limits, shadow, negativity bias or cognitive distortions. So, if we dupe ourselves into believing our smallness, we need to flip the script on this and invite ourselves to be a tad more delusional and believe in a bit more of our grandeur. Through guided meditation, somatic nervous system practices, journaling, and movement, we'll unlock your most delightfully delusional expression.

In this workshop we will:

Get clear on the old programs and stories that get in the way of our euphoria
Understand our nervous systems' role in holding us back and how to unlock it for major support
Develop a roadmap for a healthy dose of delusion so you can throw your hat in the ring for your wildest dreams.

This workshop is perfect for friends who are ready to drop the hiding, smallness and stuckness and do things bigger and differently.
