Laurice Oliveira  is a Certified Hatha yoga and Pranayama  instructor by the Integral Yoga Institute of New York. She holds a master’s degree in philosophy with a focus in Ancient Eastern Philosophy. The combination of ancient wisdom and healing practices is where she finds inspiration for her offerings. Laurice is a reiki 1 practitioner that studied under Lisa Levine at Maha Rose.
