Transformational Breathwork
& Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony

with Vajra Luz
Wednesday, July 15th
6:30-8:30pm

A Transformational Breathwork & Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony can open the doors of perception into another dimension of awareness. Come prepared to transcend the mind and body and enter the spaciousness of transformational consciousness, where the breath becomes a bridge between heaven and earth. This journey can reconnect you to the source of being and the deeper intentions of your soul. Whatever is ready to be seen, felt, released, or remembered may naturally arise as you soften, surrender, and allow the breath to do the work.

In this immersive experience, Vajra will guide participants through intention setting, Transformational Breathwork, and deep restorative integration. The Breathwork journey incorporates an active 3-part breathing technique practiced lying down in a relaxed and comfortable state, accompanied by carefully curated music, intuitive guidance, and live sound elements to support deep release and inner exploration.

Following the active breathing portion, relax into a nourishing, restorative space, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the experience. The evening will close with Blue Lotus tea, a flower long revered in ancient traditions for its calming, heart-opening, and meditative qualities. Traditionally used to support relaxation, reflection, and emotional well-being, Blue Lotus offers a gentle and dreamy way to conclude the journey together. There will also be space for optional sharing, reflection, and community connection.

Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, emotionally renewed, and more connected to themselves and the present moment. No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome!

Vajra offers a grounded and heart-centered approach to inner transformation, drawing on personal experience, timeless wisdom, and a modern understanding of the body-mind connection. The Still Point, curated and guided by Vajra, is a meditation and breathwork training for facilitators devoted to deepening their personal practice and embodied teaching skills.
