Born from a shared desire to weave deeper threads of connection within our community, Sound + Vision is a co-creative journey through sound healing and hypnosis. In this immersive experience, Beth’s intuitive soundscapes meet Diana’s gently guided hypnotic practice, inviting you to soften, surrender, and see beyond the surface.
This offering was dreamed into being from the understanding that healing doesn’t happen in isolation – it thrives in resonance, in co-regulation, in the spaces where we can be witnessed and held. Together, we’ll explore inner landscapes, rest into nervous system repair, and open to visions that want to speak through the body and the soul.
Held on the edge of the equinox, this edition of Sound + Vision is an experience for rebirth and renewal. Woven with sound, cacao, and a hypnotic timeline jump, we soften into spring and welcome the next version of who we're becoming.

Beth Ricciardone
Beth Ricciardone is a Healing Artist who curates multi-sensory experiences to support somatic and spiritual well-being. A certified somatic trauma-informed practitioner, she works with clients both in-person and virtually. Her visionary offerings include 1:1 cacao and sound experiences, hypnosis woven into sacred practices, ritual haircuts, energetic attunements, and small group sessions upon request. Beth is a devoted student of the sacred traditions of humanity. Deeply connected to the Tz’utujil People of Guatemaya, she shares ceremonial cacao with the blessing of her teacher, an honored Mayan elder, in sacred reciprocity – weaving these practices into her life and work with intention, inquiry, and prayer.
Diana Cirullo
Diana Cirullo is an Integrative Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Akashic Records Practitioner. Through a combination of modalities, Diana holds space for you to gain clarity, process emotions, and find integration at every level – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
