SOMATICS FOR ALIVENESS™:
emotional processing & expansion

with Sara Awada
Friday, September 18th
7-8:30pm

Somatics for Aliveness™ is a practice of expanding our capacity for aliveness through the body. There is a difference between getting through the day and feeling alive. Aliveness is our vital life-force: the energy to feel, connect, and create.

Daily overwhelm and old survival patterns can limit our access to aliveness.
Through presence and inquiry, we listen to the body for what needs tending, what wants to move, and where there is space for more life.

Though every journey responds uniquely to the bodies in the room,
you can expect to flow between:

  • Movement and stillness

  • Witnessing and expression

  • Breath and voice activation

  • Intensity and ease

  • All in service of more fully inhabiting our bodies & lives.
