Share the song you've been singing to yourself, a story about your first love, your heartbreak, your loss, your discovery, a poem you wrote or keep coming back to, an object that is meaningful to you (the list goes on!)

We often feel resistance around sharing or being seen in our vulnerability. Bring that resistance along and allow yourself to be seen and received in a loving circle—a portal to belonging. We'll begin with a Reiki meditation to bring us together and ground into our hearts. We will connect to ourselves (of the present and of previous ages) and to one another.

Bring a drawing, a song, a poem, a practice, or your silent presence. Come with something prepared, or come with no preparation.

There will be time and space for each participant to be held and seen. Everyone will be asked to maintain steady, open awareness during each share.

For our first Show + Tell, we will especially honor and celebrate our LGBTQ+ community. May everyone live to their fullest expression and be held in authenticity.
