This workshop is designed for all women to give concrete tools to honor, heal, expand, understand, and love our sexual energy. The class will be conducted through detailed anatomy lessons, yogic breath and asana specifically applied to the pelvic floor and PC muscle, meditation, ritual steeped in ancient Tantra and Goddess Worship brought to meet the modern woman, and discussion.
Our sexual energy is directly connected to our health and well being in a multitude of ways. In this class we will explore harnessing that energy for expanding our health, radiance, and creativity.
We will discuss and practice tools for healing sexual trauma. We will explore deepening our communication skills on understanding how we want to be touched, how to know and have the sex we really want and how to intersect that in relationship with ourselves and with our partners. All exercises in class are clothes on, no genital touch.
Exercises will be sensual and challenging on some levels.
NOTE: This workshop is intended for women only, but any person who identifies as a women is welcome to attend.

Session 1 January 9th: Anatomy
The female sexual anatomy is carved up labeled and titled by a patriarchal history that belittles women. Exploring those labels, renaming and concretely knowing and honoring our anatomy is a crucial step in owning our sexual energy. We will look at pictures of the pelvic floor and genital anatomy and get a clear understanding of the whole sexual anatomy and its relationship to the pelvic floor and other organs. We will begin to do asana and breath practices to kinesthetically understand our anatomy and begin to relate to it in a deeper way. Most women find this class to be completely mind-blowing.
Session 2 January 16th: Breath, Energy, and Movement
We will learn how to connect to our sexuality as an energy force. We will practice breath that assists in opening and expanding pleasure potential. We will do asana and movement for pelvic floor and genital health and understanding. The exercises will help us connect to what is a strong PC muscle and how to balance strength and release to increase orgasmic response. The class will show how to play with climax energy, and orgasmic energy in a multitude of forms, how to expand different kinds of orgasmic possibilities and how to let go of orgasm being a goal.
Session 3 January 23rd: Breathwork Circle for Sexual Health and Self Love
This session will be a Breathwork session with essential oils to open the chakras. Breathwork is a guided meditation of an active invigorating breath that allows us to bypass the mind to feel and release blocks. We clear space for growth expansion and love. Since orgasm is a catharsis and Breathwork opens the pathways to blocked release the practice of Breathwork is an excellent tool for increasing orgasmic response.
Session 4 January 30th: Sexual Energy, Creativity, and Relationship
In this session, we will bring together tools from the previous sessions to explore how we can channel our sexual energy into radiance, creativity, and love. Various methods of Yoni Puja, Yoni Massage will be discussed and practiced. We will play with using the sexual energy as a meditation. And will discuss sexuality interfacing relationship and the importance of the relationship to Self and the Divine first and foremost.
