Do you have hopes, dreams, or desires that you long for, yet you can't quite realize them? Welcome to the Art of WISHcraft: self-hypnosis for manifestation. Join master Hypnosis Trainer, Shauna, for this deep dive into harnessing the power of your subconscious mind to make your wishes come true.

In this workshop you will learn how to positively program thought patterns to uncover blocks, move through fear, and focus on expanding your potential. You will gain tools to bring your wishes/intentions into action with creativity, collaboration and compassion!

This group will be an intimate circle of well-wishing and sharing. We will begin with an introduction to the history of hypnosis and move into a customized group hypnosis, followed by one-on-one ‘deep wishing’ manifestation work.

You will leave feeling empowered and with a real imprint of a positive future in your mind. You will also leave with self-hypnosis tools to exercise supportive thought patterns that pave the way to live your positive present future NOW!
