The class will be taught through lecture, experiential anatomy, asana, breath and energy work, discussion and embodied play which comes from theater education.

Marisa will create a safe space and honoring the needs and safety of all those present.  That said, most of us have been subjected to some sexual trauma in our lives and it is important that everyone comes prepared to take care of themselves and seek further help if any trauma is aggravated or exposed.  Marisa is a trauma survivor herself and has healed and will always be healing through the practices in these classes.  That said each of us will come with our own boundaries and those boundaries will be honored.  All exercises in class are clothes on, no genital touch.

Exercises will be sensual and challenging on some levels.

NOTE: This workshop is intended for women only, but any person who identifies as a women is welcome to attend.

Session 2 July 18:

Breath, Energy and Movement

We will learn how to connect to our sexuality as an energy force.  We will do breath that assists in opening and expanding pleasure potential.  We will do asana and movement for pelvic floor and genital health and understanding.

Session 3 July 25:

Breathwork Circle for Sexual Health and Self Love

This session will be a Breathwork session with essential oils to open the chakras.  Breathwork is a guided meditation of an active invigorating breath that allows us to bypass the mind to feel and release blocks.  We clear space for growth expansion and love.

Session 4 August 1st:

Sexual Energy, Creativity and Relationship

In this session we will bring together tools from the previous sessions to explore how we can channel our sexual energy into radiance, creativity and love.  And we will play with using the sexual energy as a meditation. If enough of us are game we will have a mini talent show- for those who would like to- all we encouraged to create in some improvised way.  And will discuss sexuality interfacing relationship and the importance of relationship to Self and the Divine first and foremost.
