Tuesday, May 22nd -- Tarot Fundamentals

with Anna Toonk

Taken a Tarot class 101 but feeling rusty or too shy to read? Struggling to memorize the cards?

This workshop can help you connect the dots and feel more confident to get reading for yourself and others. We'll go over different Tarot components such as the elements of the suits, the significance of the numbers, and reading practices to help build your confidence in reading.

It is nerve-wracking to start reading tarot for other people but the goal of this workshop is to boost your confidence in your personal reading style, clear up any questions, and then get you reading. First we'll go over some of the foundational elements of the Major and Minor Arcana, answer any burning arcana questions and discuss some easy spreads to illuminate the narrative the cards give you.

Finally....we'll get to reading for one another. This workshop is great for anyone who is interested in Tarot, those struggling with self-study, or not feeling quite ready to read for others yet. The truth is anyone can be a Tarot reader and hopefully this workshop gives you that confidence.

Participants should bring a notebook, and a tarot deck.
