Come together at Maha Rose with Breathwork healer Regina to celebrate communities of color.
Breathwork is a powerful, active pranayam (breath control) technique that encourages the release of stuck energy, old traumas, deep wounds and negative emotions so that we can step into being our authentic, dynamic, creative and loving selves. Use this Breathwork group session to get to the root of your wounds, release these painful experiences and start working towards being the best version of yourself. Now more than ever, love of the SELF and celebrating diversity are needed in order for us to grow spiritually on a global level. Heal the wounds from the oppression and violence that has been promoted by our current political administration onto BIPOC and step into the love that we all so desperately need.
This Breathwork is open to all black, indigenous people of color (BIPOC)
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal/paper and pen.
