Now more than ever. Join us for a power hour of laughter and healing.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore and connect with deeper levels of our joy and bliss through laughter exercises and meditation. In these intense times on the planet, it’s important to stay connected to our innocence and joy. Most of us would say we want to be happy but what are we actually doing to get there? Through laughter yoga, conversation, and guided visualization we will uncover and connect with the bliss that is our true nature.

You will learn tools to decrease fear and anxiety, increase creativity, alertness and memory. Come uplift the mood and increase your strength and resilience in these challenging times.

Come as open as possible and we will plant seeds of joy and lightness.

Lisa Levine MS LAc is a licensed acupuncturist, Reiki master, a natural healer and an artist as well as the founder of Maha Rose. The tools she uses are needles and moxa, touch, shiatsu, Reiki, guided visualization, the breath, laughter, and on very full moons- a song. She wants you to remember who you really are; letting go of everything that isn't serving you and connecting with your more radiant Self. She specializes in mental and emotional disorders as well as trauma and major life changes. She is available for acupuncture, reiki, bodywork and breathwork and group breathwork and laughter sessions. She also offers spiritual business coaching and consulting.

Marisa Sullivan is a certified yoga teacher with extensive training including certification from Sivananda, Jivamukti, Pelvic Floor Training through Leslie Howard, Prenatal through Ma Yoga, Mommy and Me Post Natal, and YCAT Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness. She teaches Yoga for Cancer Patients and Survivors at NYU Hospital. She teaches Chair Yoga in several senior centers and Dementia Nursing Homes. She has an extensive private practice working with anyone who loves yoga and wants to explore an investigative, personalized, therapeutic yoga practice. She teaches Laughter Yoga, Female Sexual Health and Empowerment and Tantra for Couples and has presented them at Maha Rose, Laughing Lotus, Go Yoga, Maha Rose, KamaDevi Yoga, and Jivamukti Yoga Center. Marisa is an intuitive healer using Reiki and Shamanic Practices. She is a Reiki Master and teaches and mentors other healers. With an extensive performance background in dance and theater as well as a Masters in Theater for Educational and Therapeutic Use, Marisa uses theatrical techniques that embody play and creativity in her teaching and healing. She is constantly exploring and learning through her teachers, her peers, her students, and her life.

Sean is a Reiki Master, Laughter Yoga leader and writer living and working in Brooklyn, NY. In their healing work, they specialize in working with members of the LGBT and queer communities, as well as people living with and working through grief and trauma. Using their tools of Reiki, laughter, and meditation, they help clients connect with their true selves—(re)discovering and releasing attachments, stressors, patterns and stagnant emotions which are no longer helping them.

Sean believes that healing can come from all facets of the kaleidoscope: reflection, play, stillness, silliness, fear, communication, imagination, confidence and surrender. All have a role in the healing process, and all of them help us shine and move about the world as our most radiant selves. Let’s embrace them all and see the magic that happens!
