Toxic narcissism is a particularly pervasive and insidious form of oppression. While narcissistic abuse statistics are on the rise, there remains limited resources available to survivors, especially within the alternative healing community.
Created in response to the growing need to support survivors, this class will examine Narcissistic Personality Disorder and narcissistic abuse from a holistic paradigm. Whether you are surviving or have survived a narcissistic relationship with a parent, partner, employer, etc, or are curious about how to help others who may be suffering, within a safe contained space, this class will explore:
• What constitutes a pathological narcissist
• A discussion on Complex PTSD
• Shifting from surviving to thriving
• Herbal medicine and flower essences for support
• Psychic protection
• Working ancestrally
