A power hour of laughter and bliss
In this interactive workshop, we will explore and connect with deeper levels of our joy and bliss through laughter exercises and meditation. In these intense times on the planet, it’s important to stay connected to our innocence and joy. Most of us would say we want to be happy but what are we actually doing to get there? Through laughter yoga, conversation, and guided visualization we will uncover and connect with the bliss that is our true nature.
You will learn tools to ease fear and anxiety, increase creativity, alertness, and memory, uplift the mood and increase strength and resilience in challenging times.
Come as open as possible and we will plant seeds of joy and lightness.
Sean is a Reiki Master, Laughter Yoga leader and writer living and working in Brooklyn, NY. In their healing work, they specialize in working with members of the LGBT and queer communities, as well as people living with and working through grief and trauma. Using their tools of Reiki, laughter, and meditation, they help clients connect with their true selves—(re)discovering and releasing attachments, stressors, patterns and stagnant emotions which are no longer helping them.
Sean believes that healing can come from all facets of the kaleidoscope: reflection, play, stillness, silliness, fear, communication, imagination, confidence and surrender.
