In this two hour workshop, you will receive twelve energy tools. These tools work with your energy field for greater health and well-being. This workshop is designed to address the challenges of this time. This is to support you in all the ways you intend for and to help you receive and realize the opportunities this collective experience may be offering you.
These energy tools are simple, yet people often report how powerful they feel. They work to support you with centering and grounding. This can be helpful as a practice before meditation, and with tools and practices that you already have.
Some of the intentions of these twelve energy tools are:
• To clear fear, anxiety, and trauma.
• Support deeper listening.
• To be more present.
• Being able to hold your own energy, free of feeling mixed into the collective or other people's energies.
• Feeling more safe and secure.
• Support with sleep and waking.
• As you do this practice at home with your family or in your building, all of your work and experiences can be offered through the energy fields.
• You can do this and share them with others!
We will go through all listed here, and learn them together. You will receive a two-sided page before the workshop begins to follow along with, and have for support in the days ahead. These twelve tools can be done in sequence in as little as five minutes. You may also do them longer for a deeper healing and centering practice. We will discuss how to use them with breath and intention. You will also learn how to use them individually throughout the day to support your needs in the moment.
