Breathwork is an active meditation technique that moves stagnant energy, establishes new belief patterns & encourages emotional release. In this workshop, Pepper and Josephine will guide you in the breath, play fantastic music, apply essential oils and smudging rituals to soothe the heart and relieve the nervous system and energetic field of lingering toxins and negativity. Breathe in, breathe out. Feel it, heal it. Rinse and repeat.

Pepper and Josephine fell into a deep healing friendship a handful of years ago on the beach in Mexico. The stars were aligned and a major heart bond was formed. What connects them most is their out-of-the box, creative approaches to teaching and healing. What a dream come true to finally have them tag-team at Maha Rose North, offering up a truly one of a kind breathwork experience.

Pepper is an intuitive healer, a nurturing believer, and a compassionate creator. The environment she creates is warm, welcoming and super supportive. She takes you to the depths of your internal guidance and speaks in a language that truly resonates on a soul level. Pepper is a Breathwork Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Instructor. Her private classes, workshops and training's encourage spirit seekers toward creativity and self-discovery with ways to approach their life with generosity and an open heart. Pepper works with people all over the world, traveling, leading healing retreats and mentorship porgrams. She loves spending time with her son, mingling among the trees, wild plant gardening and smelling salty air. Pepper's private practice is located in the Hudson Valley, NY.

Josephine is a Seattle based healer who specializes in trauma informed practices. She currently serves as the lead teacher and curriculum developer for the University of Washington's Yoga for Healing Program. Over the last ten years she has taught yoga, meditation and breathwork in a variety of settings including; prisons, juvenile detention centers and eating disorder treatment programs. Josephine also has a private healing practice where she offers Reiki, Breathwork and mentorship. Oh, and she loves flowers. “She knows things and sees things, and is not deterred by the vulnerability of reaching out and touching, sharing the weight, and walking with the afflicted. It’s like at her touch she takes the hurts and pains into herself, and they dissipate. She is an ancient soul who embraces the human condition, and inspires the action of healing in her friends, her students and her clients.”
