This workshop will show you how to get to know yourself at a deeper level and what it really means to cleanse your mind. Our beings are profound and complex organisms, increasing our understanding of them will help us achieve greater inner harmony, expand our self awareness, and reclaim our power. We will begin by building a biological understanding of the relationship between mind and body that we will use as a foundation to take a deeper look into the structure of the mind. Within the structure of the mind there exist knots and repeated patterns that heavily influence our behavior, we will examine what releases these patterns, what it feels like to release these patterns, and what you may encounter on the path of deep healing. This workshop will include talks, group discussions, and space for Q & A.What you will leave with:

    • After Sah D’Simone left the fashion industry as the Co-founder and Creative Director of Bullett Magazine. He immersed himself into the art of health and happiness, living in India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe, Studying with masters such as His Holiness Dalai Lama,  Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Amma Mata Amritanandamayi, Adyashanti, Pema Chodron, John of God, Joshua Rosenthal, Deepak Chopra, David Wolfe, Mark Bittman, and Arianna Huffington. Sah has compiled enough tools for anyone to create authentic change in their life. His approach to health and happiness involves a physiological, psychological and spiritual understanding. He specializes in helping people move forward through obstacles and change into living evolved, elevated and expanded lives. Sah is a Certified Holistic Health & Happiness Coach, Raw Vegan Chef, Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Humanitarian. Currently training MBSR( Mindfulness Based Stressed Reduction) with Elana Rosenbaum, MS, LICSW and Dr. Robert Smith, D.O and Hypnotherapy with Grace Smith. 
    Diego Perez is a meditator, activist, writer, and speaker. On Instagram and various social media networks he writes under the name Yung Pueblo. He combines his experiences of organizing to create a better world with the understandings he gains through his vipassana meditation practice to form a new method of thought and action called Revolutionary Spiritualism. He is currently putting the finishing touches on his first book “Inward” which is set for release in 2017.
