Breathe new life into your relationship! Experience the joy of both giving and receiving this enlivening, opening and sensual style of Thai Yoga bodywork. In this workshop, you and your partner are assisted in identifying the areas of stress and tension in each others bodies. We discuss how you each want to be touched and learn stretch, massage and breathing techniques for releasing stress and tension in the body.
Ritual and communication are the foundations for this sensuous workshop. As you gently tune into each other, the difference between giving and receiving dissolves into a harmonious flow of your ecstatic energies.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn the basics of Thai Yoga Massage including assisted yoga stretches and massage techniques.
- Fine tune your skills in the art of touch.
- Learn a sensuous, healing, and pleasurable whole-body massage.
- Explore the surrender of giving and receiving.
- Open new doors to the heart of your beloved.
- Deepen connection through eye contact, communication, breath awareness, energy movement and touch.
*Note: This workshop is for couples. It does not include nudity or explicit sexual touch. All genders and sexual preferences welcome. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for free range of movement.

Sarah Seely is an advanced certified Thai Yoga Massage teacher and practitioner through the Lotus Palm Institute and the International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Sarah has also studied advanced therapeutic massage, body mechanics, healing folk techniques and Thai herbalism with many healers and master teachers in Thailand and beyond. Intuition and compassion play a huge part in the offering of traditional Thai Yoga Massage. As a full-time student of the school of life, Sarah incorporates her experiences of spiritual and personal growth, self-care and radical self-love into her sessions.
Additionally, Sarah is a certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and Level 4 Reiki healer with nearly two decades of experience working with clients and students of all ages and abilities. She holds a BA in Dance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a MFA in Dance with a concentration in Kinesiology, anatomy and dance injury treatment and prevention from Smith College. Drawing upon her extensive background in yoga, dance, and other therapeutic practices, Sarah’s sessions are modified to suit each person’s individual needs, placing focus on breath as support for stretching, toning, aligning and repairing the body and each session is approached with intuitive awareness, nurture, and respect.
Sarah is the owner of Thai Brooklyn, a community-based wellness company dedicated to passing down the spiritual, physical and herbal traditions of Thai healing and to the teaching self-care. She currently offers Thai Yoga Massage sessions, workshops and certification trainings in Brooklyn and abroad.
