Learn stretches that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life to achieve less pain and greater range of motion and self embodiment. Bring a friend and make friends- you will learn basic assisted stretches to help heal and strengthen yourself and loved ones.
This is a physically active workshop. You will be stretching on the floor (with yoga mats) and helping to assist others in stretches. Wear something you can stretch and (possibly) sweat in.
Daniel uses meridian stretch to strengthen muscles and to break up scar tissue, facilitating and supporting healing and self embodiment. He started ballet lessons at the age of 9 and fell in love with the freedom and expression of movement. He was fortunate to perform with American Ballet Theatre and National Ballet of Canada in an 18 year professional ballet career. During that time he experienced many injuries as well as many different bodywork and somatic modalities to heal and prevent injuries. In 2017 he began to study a dynamic way of stretching that became transformational for him, helping him to reduce pain and increase range of motion, and starting him on a healers path.
