Sound Bath Meditations are deep listening experiences incorporating all the senses to promote somatic, emotional, and psychological awareness, to foster curiosity, and to connect to all.

Using resonant drone instruments such as quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, monochords, voice, and percussion, Katie guides listeners on an inner journey for balancing the central nervous system, reducing stress, pain, and anxiety, and connecting to ourselves and each other through the wisdom of the heart. Katie's sound baths are community gatherings promoting connection, relaxation, release, joy, and even a little wry humor. Listening is an act of compassion.

What our community says about Sound Bath with Katie

"I wanted to write to let you know how wonderful it was tonight. The sound was terrific. Katie masterfully utilized her room and instruments. The sound was amazingly personal. I felt it wash through my body to my shins. Wow. Thank you for being such a beautiful conduit of light and vibration."

"I loved the sounds and Katie's intuition was perfect of what to sound. It was a nourishing sound bath and evening."

"After taking Katie's Sound Bath I felt centered for the first time in two weeks. I have mostly felt completely unfocused, fatigued, and almost uncomfortable in my own skin, plagued by stress and anxiety. The Sound Bath has helped me to refocus, relax, re-center, and regain energy. Thank you, Katie!"
