Join Katy and Erica for some blissful relaxation as we journey into the subconscious to release stuck mental, physical, and emotional tensions. We will travel throughout the body to release physical tension, slowly working our way deeper into the layers of the mind.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation typically done in savasana. This meditation is accessible for all-levels of meditators and operates as both a relaxation system and a personal development system.
Reiki, an energetic healing modality is offered during the Yoga Nidra session to elevate the environment and after the meditation to support each practitioner.
Erica Sergott is Mindful Living Coach who offers reiki and teaches yoga + meditation. Her work fuses the mystical with the practical. She guides her students and clients with warmth, compassion, and grounded stability while intertwining her personal studies in neuroscience and quantum physics with the enchanting effects of ancient practices. Those she works with shed accumulated stresses and connect to their inner resources, allowing their innate reservoir of deep relaxation, clarity, ease, and inspiration to be restored.
Katy is is a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and teacher trainer living in Brooklyn. She fell in love with yoga’s ability to connect us to our deeper sense of self that isn’t clouded by old stories or limiting beliefs. Katy learned Reiki 1&2 at Maha Rose with Lisa and Erika and recently completed Reiki Mentorship program with Erika. She feels that the ease and transformative power of reiki is the prefect complement to yoga and meditation and an essential practice to finding balance in our hectic culture.
